• We do not collect your name, email address, or any directly identifying personal information unless you contact us voluntarily
• We do not collect financial or payment information — all transactions are processed directly by Apple or Google
• We do not collect information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent

• To operate, maintain, and improve Beat Glider
• To diagnose technical issues and crashes and improve game stability
• To analyze gameplay patterns and improve game design and user experience
• To serve in-game advertisements through third-party advertising networks
• To comply with legal obligations under applicable Canadian and international law
• To detect and prevent fraud, cheating, or unauthorized use of the game
• To generate aggregated, anonymized statistical reports about game usage

4. Legal Basis for Processing (PIPEDA)

Under PIPEDA, we collect, use, and disclose personal information only with your knowledge and consent, or as otherwise permitted by law. By downloading and using Beat Glider, you provide consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time subject to legal and contractual restrictions, by contacting us at privacy@ferrockgaming.com.

We may share your information with the following categories of third parties solely as necessary to operate Beat Glider:

• Analytics providers (e.g., Unity Analytics, Firebase) — gameplay and performance analytics

• Crash reporting services (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics) — technical diagnostics
• Apple Inc. and Google LLC — platform operators processing in-app purchase transactions

All third-party service providers are required to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ferrock Gaming, its users, or the public.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States, by our third-party service providers. By using Beat Glider, you consent to the transfer of your information to jurisdictions outside Canada. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any such transfers are subject to appropriate privacy protections consistent with PIPEDA.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Gameplay analytics and technical data are generally retained for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months, after which they are anonymized or deleted. Crash reports are retained for twelve (12) months.

9. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

10.1 Beat Glider is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent.

10.2 If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact us at privacy@ferrockgaming.com and we will promptly delete such information.

10.3 The Reward Spin mechanic involves randomized outcomes for in-game virtual currency earned by watching advertisements. This mechanic does not involve real money and is designed for general audiences. Parents are encouraged to supervise their children's use of this feature.

11. Your Rights Under PIPEDA

Subject to applicable legal limitations, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Right of access — you may request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Right of correction — you may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information
• Right to withdraw consent — you may withdraw your consent to our collection or use of your personal information at any time, subject to legal restrictions
• Right to complain — you have the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe we have violated PIPEDA

12. Advertising and Opt-Out

12.1 Beat Glider uses third-party advertising networks to display advertisements. These networks may use device identifiers and advertising IDs to serve interest-based advertisements.

12.2 You may opt out of interest-based advertising by:

• On iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking and disabling "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• On Android: Settings > Google > Ads and enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this Policy and, where feasible, through in-game notification. Your continued use of Beat Glider following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
